Risk & Title

Once the goods have been delivered to the nominated address by the ‘customer’ the risk and title is then passed on to you the ‘customer’ who placed the order. 

If you are not satisfied with your goods please refer to our returns/ exchange policies – however please note, all sale items are final.
Kid Republic. will not be held responsible for any items we do not ship ourselves, and strongly recommend a tracking number if returning goods. Kid Republic will not be held accountable for return postage charges or any duty reimbursement – other then in the case of the item being deemed faulty by the supplier. For all ‘change of mind’ returns, postage is the ‘customer’s’ responsibility. For any exchanges outside of New Zealand you will need to pay the duties and taxes on the replacement item.

IP Rights
Any trade marks, logos, pictures, images or text featured on the site are not to be copied or used for any purpose other then on www.kidrepublic.co.nz without prior consent, if you believe an image or text featured on the site belongs to you and we are using it without authority please email us on store@kidrepublic.co.nz and we will happily remove it you following proof of ownership. You must not use or copy Kid Republic in any manner, which is not consistent with the rights of the owner or license.

Agreement
This agreement is between you (the ‘customer’ or site user) and Kid Republic, once an order is received by us we have no obligation to sell, supply or complete the order to you until it has been accepted by our management team. Each individual order is considered a separate agreement; each order will be accepted by Kid Republic at our absolute discretion.

This website is owned by Kid Republic Newmarket (2018) Ltd and all content included on this site, such as  text, graphics, images, data compilations and software, is the property of Kid Republic and  is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Kid Republic and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. All trademarks, brands and names appearing on this Site are the property of their respective owners. 

Trademark
Kid Republic is a fashion/clothing retailer and other Kid Republic logos are registered trademarks of Kid Republic in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and the  United States. Kid Republic’s trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Kid Republic or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or discredits the Kid Republic brand.

Pre-orders 
Some of our brands are available on pre-order so you have first choice of our best selling brands. If some of your items ordered are pre-order items we will wait and have all your items sent together when the pre-order arrives. 

Please note: the Pre-order quantities are based on what we have ordered from our suppliers, but sometimes for reasons beyond our control, they do not deliver all items we order and we may be unable to fulfill your order.  We ask for your understanding when this happens, as it is completely beyond our control, but we will contact you and offer the next best option. Pre-orders are normally available anything from 1-6 weeks before the stock arrives in our warehouse. Buy One Get One (BOGO) Promotion Conditions
Discounted/Free item is the equal or lower priced item. BOGO promotions that are for new season items may be returned for exchange only on new season items, and the value will be at the returned items ticket price. Cannot be used in conjunction with other offer/discount including VIP. Promotion applies to in stock items only, no holds/laybys.
